1. Who we are
Inside Studios is an independent game development and educational content studio based in Paraguay. On this site (insidestudioslab.com) we sell our own digital products, including PDF books/guides and, soon, courses and asset packs. You can contact us at contacto@insidestudios.com.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By browsing this site, subscribing to our mailing list, or purchasing any of our products, you accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you disagree, please don't use the site or complete a purchase.
3. Digital products
Everything we sell on this site is digital content delivered instantly (e.g. PDF files). No physical product is shipped. Delivery happens via direct download or email within 24 hours of payment confirmation, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise, and may include a conversion to guaraníes (PYG) depending on the available payment method. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the valid price is the one shown at the time of purchase confirmation. We accept the payment methods shown active at checkout for each product.
5. License to use
When you buy a digital product, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. Reselling, redistributing, publishing or sharing the file in whole or in part without Inside Studios' prior written authorization is not allowed. All content (text, diagrams, design and illustrations) is owned by Inside Studios / Fhay Alonso, except third-party trademarks mentioned for descriptive purposes (e.g. Unreal Engine, a trademark of Epic Games, Inc.).
6. Accounts and contact data
To buy or subscribe to updates, we ask for basic contact data (name and email). You are responsible for that data being accurate and for keeping confidential any access linked to your purchase.
7. Limitation of liability
Our books and guides are educational, informational material. We don't guarantee specific learning outcomes or compatibility with future versions of the software mentioned. Inside Studios is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the content.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time; the "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change implies acceptance.
9. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. For any inquiry, claim or dispute, you can write to us first at contacto@insidestudios.com — we'll try to resolve it directly before any other channel.
