1. Who processes your data
Inside Studios (Fhay Alonso), based in Paraguay, is responsible for processing the personal data we collect through insidestudioslab.com. For any question about your data, write to us at contacto@insidestudioslab.com.
2. What data we collect
We only collect data you give us voluntarily: name and email when you subscribe to updates or download a free resource, and contact and payment data when you buy a product (the latter is processed directly by our payment provider; we don't store card numbers on our servers). We also log basic technical browsing data (pages visited, device type) for statistical purposes.
3. What we use it for
We use your data to: deliver the product or resource you requested, send you updates if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe anytime), answer your questions, and improve the site. We don't use your data for purposes other than the ones that led you to provide it.
4. Who we share it with
We only share data with the providers we need to operate the site: our email marketing platform (Brevo), our payment gateway (Pagopar or another provider active at checkout), and, if applicable, the digital delivery platform (e.g. Gumroad or Payhip). Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. We don't sell or rent your data to third parties.
5. Cookies
This site may use technical cookies necessary for its operation and, eventually, analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your data while you have an active subscription or as long as needed to meet legal or accounting obligations tied to a purchase. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, unless we must keep a record due to a legal obligation (e.g. sales receipts).
7. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, or unsubscribe from our communications by writing to contacto@insidestudioslab.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
8. VoxReady app (Android / Windows)
VoxReady is our voice-cleanup app for podcasters, streamers, and voice-over creators, available for Windows and Android. It requests microphone access (RECORD_AUDIO) only to record the audio you choose to process, and storage access only for files you explicitly open or save (Android's Storage Access Framework — we never request broad storage access). All audio processing — noise reduction, sibilance and plosive correction, silence trimming, compression, and the AI-based voice isolation model — runs entirely on your device. No audio, recording, or processed file is ever uploaded to our servers or to any third party; there is no cloud processing involved. VoxReady doesn't require an account or login, and it doesn't collect analytics, crash reports, advertising identifiers, or location data. It shows no ads. Unsaved recordings and drafts are stored locally in the app's own storage on your device and are never sent anywhere.
